Unfortunately, we have a severe shortage of nurses appointments. We are sorry for the unforeseen circumstances, please bear with us.



There are six practice nurses with a wide range of qualifications, who see patients for general nursing procedures, health promotion and contraception, including emergency.

The range of services provided by the practice nurses include the following clinics:

Immunisation and advice for travel (Ppease contact at least six weeks before travelling where possible)
Adult Immunisations
Cervical Smear
Child Immunisations
Cryotherapy clinic. (Please make an appointment with your GP first)
Heart Clinic (for those with Coronary Heart Disease)
Health Promotion

The nurses are available from 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made at reception. They are also available for telephone advice calls between 11:30 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Phlebotomists also work in the surgery and their responsibility is to take blood. available  If you need a blood test, please ring for an appointment with the Phlebotomist.
